Original magnification: 200x. The immunostaining levels were scored as 0 (negative), 1 (weakly positive), 2 (moderately positive), or 3 (strongly positive). (B) Immunohistochemical staining was quantified using the scoring scale described above, as blindly determined by two pathologists. P value was calculated by Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and p<0.05 indicates statistical significance.
